Drew Babcock, aged 36, is facing eight counts of first-degree assault characterized as domestic violence. His arrest occurred on Friday following a report from the Division of Children, Youth and Families, which alerted law enforcement to the situation concerning the child.
Investigation revealed that the 3-month-old boy endured over 30 fractures. He is currently receiving medical care in a hospital, although officials have indicated that his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
